Hilco Transport, Inc offers a comprehensive benefits package. Hilco provides a $10,000 life/AD&D insurance policy at no cost to the employee! Employees can increase their life insurance coverage and also add dependent life insurance as well. Employees are eligible for vacation after 90 days. Driver vacation days and holiday pay are based on 10 hour days! To help you prepare for the future, Hilco sponsors a 401(k) plan. You are eligible to participate in the plan after one year of service. Plan entry dates are January 1 and July 1 of each year. Employees are fully vested at the time of enrollment.
