There is ...no separate authentication/authorization mechanism for Hipporello admin side. All Trello board members can access Hipporello admin console based on their roles. Trello admin users can make any modification including form definition, service desk portal setting modifications, email to board definitions and etc. Trello normal users have no admin capabilities. They are only allowed to see case details and reply to customer requests on Trello card back section. So support agents can be assigned with this role on Trello. It brings customer requests into Trello boards to boost productivity and efficiency. Clients can embed Hipporello Contact Us forms to their Single page, JAMstack and WordPress websites and enable support team to manage them on Trello collaboratively. Hipporello turns Trello board to an easy-to-use shared inbox for your team email accounts like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc. Clients can forward any emails to Hipporello inbound email addresses and a card will be created for each item. Hipporello has a drag-and-drop supported form builder with automation rules. Clients can define who will access to form via access policies. For each modification Hipporello notifies the user who submitted the case via email.
