HIRAKI CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the mail order, retail and wholesale businesses. The Company operates in three business segments. The Mail Order segment is engaged in the mail order and Internet sale of clothes, shoes, interior goods and other sundry products for children and adults under the brand names I’ll be style, among others. The Store Retail segment is engaged in the discount stores mainly in Hyogo Prefecture, as well as the management of the store properties through its subsidiary. The Wholesale segment is engaged in the wholesale of shoes to retail stores, specialized stores and its stores. The Company has three subsidiaries.
