HIS Constructors, Inc. (HIS) is an experienced, nationwide general contractor based in Indianapolis, Indiana. HIS' core service areas are focused in the environmental remediation, civil construction, hydrovac excavation and industrial services markets. Customer satisfaction is paramount at HIS.
