To ensure the import of safe wood-based materials into the EU, we have incorporated a risk management system that reviews the relevant risks in terms of regions, species, suppliers, products, documentation, process and supply chains. This ensures that we only import products into the EU that use risk-minimised roundwood sources and thus minimise the risk of overexploitation in forestry. If any doubts or ambiguities arise, we conduct on-site audits with the suppliers, which we meticulously document and label with corresponding notes on the relevant delivery documents.
