It was first awarded the Investors in People Standard in 2001 and is the first architectural firm in Scotland to have achieved Profile. Following a recent review from Investors in People Scotland, the organisation was recommended to go through the Profile assessment, which was introduced as an alternative assessment service to the previous Post Recognition Review. It allows organisations to achieve a more refined analysis of its business, drawing comparisons with peers or competitors.
