Holy-Dis provides assistance in outsourcing services, primarily to midsize (10-300 persons) call centers that do not always have access to internal planning capabilities or are too small to recruit personnel with the appropriate profile. We assume responsibility for planning tasks at both the functional and technical level. Designed as an outsourced planning service, outsourcing can be used on an as-needed basis (sick leave, training, vacation, travel). The interactive nature of Timesquare® On Demand guarantees fluid client/provider collaboration throughout the planning period. And the modular hosted service provided by Holy-Dis has the advantage of being suitable for any call center based on its size and requirements, without the need to invest in the purchase of a license.
