Euro-American Homecare, LLC (HCA Registration #218) provides complete caregiving services through our trained and supervised employee-caregivers. Euro-American Homecare, LLC is a full service employee-based non-medical Connecticut homecare agency. The first thing we do is listen, so we can understand the health status, preferences, personality, habits, abilities and history of the person we'll be caring for. A member of our Care Team can provide an on-site assessment of your needs if that's appropriate. Through these assessments, we can help you create the best Plan of Care, suggest other services-and select the best caregiver for you. The next step is for our professional Care Team to review our database of hundreds of caregivers and recommend caregivers with the specific skills and traits you're looking for. Our Care Team can also set up an interview, at your convenience, to meet the candidates. Your caregiver will be an employee of Euro-American Homecare, LLC and we handle all of the payroll, withholding and insurance issues. We also take care of scheduling and supervising our caregivers. Here's an overview of our complete agency-managed caregiving services: The caregivers are our employees. We pay their wages and do all required tax withholding and filing. Each employee-caregiver goes through a rigorous, 10-Step Screening and Evaluation, including face-to-face interviews, criminal background checks, professional and personal reference checks and much more. All caregivers are bonded. We provide Workers' Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Liability Insurance. We provide extensive training for our caregivers. Caregivers are supervised on-site by our Field Supervisor, with no additional cost to you. On-call emergency response is available, 24 hours, 7 days a week. When necessary, substitute and replacement caregivers are provided, at no additional cost to you. No long-term contract required.
