Rebranded as hooloomann in April 2014, the group started with its origin back in 1987 when Hooloomann and Associates Ltd was founded and has since emerged as the largest and leading Construction Cost and Project Management Consultants in the Indian Ocean region. We have established an excellent track record in the delivery of Cost and Project Management Services on over 400 construction projects coupled with a legendary personal commitment to our clients. Over the years, we have also built an international presence through a strong network of associates which enables us to lever on the local knowledge. With established offices in Seychelles, Sri Lanka and across India, we are able to service our Clients by combining global expertise with local knowledge of conditions and constraints. To this end, a number of subsidiaries were created to offer construction consultancy services across the Indian Ocean Region. With the proven track record and unrivalled range of experience gained in the construction industry in the Indian Ocean region, the hooloomann expertise soon became sought after by world renowed partners to undertake joint ventures on a number of prestigious projects in India, Sri Lanka and East Africa. In 2008, Hooloomann Project Services India Pvt Ltd merged with Gleeds Global Business and Gleeds Hooloomann Consulting India Limited (GHC) was established. Gleeds Hooloomann brings together the combination of Gleeds' 125 years of experience in construction consultancy services and that of Hooloomann's 25 years of experience as the established Indian partner with a solid understanding of the local construction industry. Today, Gleeds Hooloomann are best placed to serve both our established and prospective clients across India. Over the years, with the vision of its managing director, the group has diversified the construction consultancy services it offers and more recently, Hooloomann Realty Ltd was created in 2011 to provide property development and property management services. hooloomann now regroups all its entities and is a totally independent organization.
