Horizons Living & Rehab Center

We offer various therapeutic exercise programs designed to help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility. These include but are not limited to functional mobility training, addressing environmental barriers, pain management, body mechanics, and positioning techniques. We assist with improving the activities of daily living for our residents. Our speech therapy programs look to strengthen communication skills and cognitive functions for you or your loved ones. Through social and educational enrichment programs and a variety of amenities we provide, our respect for each resident's individuality is at the center of all that we do.
