Hospes Hotels

Established in 2000, Hospes Hotel Group is a boutique hotel brand in Spain with 10 properties in Madrid, Alicante, Granada, Valencia, Mallorca, Cordoba, Seville, Caceres and Salamanca. Gaw Capital has raised a total of $10 billion equity since 2005 with around $18 billion assets under management. The investment is done through a fund managed by GCP Hospitality, forming a joint venture with the Spanish investment company Omega Capital.
