Our mission is straightforward: Serving Healthcare Professionals. HospiMalta is managed by Stephen Saliba. Born on 16th September 1951, married to Claire and proud father of two siblings Kevin and Kurt. A former Bank manager with 22 years of service with the then Mid Med Bank Malta and which is now H.S.B.C. He is a qualified I.T. Systems Analyst after having graduated from the UK's National Computing Center following a 2 year course at Data Training ltd sponsored by the Bank. He holds banking diplomas in addition to various diplomas and certificates from major U.K. banks to which he had been attached in the course of his Banking career. This, before branching out into the Information Technology field and subsequently setting up his own business in the IT arena. Indeed, he was responsible for the opening up of the very first I.T. High Street store in Malta. This, way back in 1986, having previously spent a further two years teaching computing and I.T. This included a 4 year stint on local State Television network again teaching computing via this medium and which turned the educational program 'Bits' into a major audience hit winning National audio/visual recognition along the way. HospiMalta is an indirect offshoot enjoying the backing of Datax Limited, into which the latter company branched in partnership over a year ago. Datax Limited was registered on the 19th February 1986 and is today considered a leading I.T Company in Malta with many years of experience and a leading supplier to local Government and Corporate entities. Datax Limited was awarded 'approved supplier to Government' as far back as April 2005. The Company continues to enjoy the confidence of its clients to this very day. The marriage of the electronic and highly technical side of medical equipment and supplies, as promoted by HospiMalta, with the technical background enjoyed by Datax Limited in the I.T. sphere, has resulted in a formidable duo led by highly capable and motivated partners with an equally competent management and technical complement.
