Hotel Oleana

In 1870 "Hotel Holdts" opened their doors as an upscale hotel in Bergen, and as now this was i the middle of city centre Bergen. In the big city fire in 1916, 380 stores and more than 2,700 people lost their homes and most of the businesses in the city centre burned to the ground, included Hotel Holdts. After ten years the property where build up again, but this time as office and apartments. In 2011 Ole Jan Strønen bought the building and remodeled it as we can find it today. Hotel Oleana opened in June 2015 with 97 spectacular, individually designed rooms and suites. WHY OLEANA?
