Meet one of the people that make this happen: Our Executive Head Chef, Peter Reffell, develops a selection of offerings perfect for snacks, breakfast and/or lunch. With 24 years under his white jacket, Peter's career has seen him working with the best restaurateurs in London; from Pierre Koffman at La Tante Claire (3 Star Michelin) to 10 years with Marco Pierre White as his Executive Head Chef for the group. Peter was responsible for opening 8 of the groups restaurants of which four were awarded Michelin stars. Peter uses his experience and the consistent mentality of offering fresh produce, unique flavours and handmade products for our network of stores. Peter is obsessive about seasonal food with variety. Freshness and quality are his main ingredients, and in his words "food needn't be 'over worked' to be special and taste great.
