The first step in the HR assessment process begins with an audit of current human resource issues, problems, or deficiencies. This includes a review of such items as an employee handbook, policy and procedures documents, and employee files. Our HR specialists will identify what needs to be addressed and create a priority list. The specialists will then work on developing a system to establish best practices and pinpoint areas which need immediate improvement. This HR audit process follows a specific schedule which will become the road map to update all documents, set policies, and establish compliance mandates. During the past 17 years while serving hundreds of clients, Human Capital has developed proprietary programs which serve specific needs for individual clients. The Human Capital Team will prepare a Customized Program depending on the size and sector in which the client operates.
