Hunters Capital is a multi-faceted boutique real estate company operating in the Seattle area. Founded in 2001 by Michael J Malone, Hunters Capital LLC merges an existing portfolio of real estate and a property management company with new development opportunities. The goal of the firms is not only the preservation and rejuvenation of historic properties but the development of the Pike Pine neighborhood and business district through balanced growth of residential, commercial, retail and hospitality properties.
