Hurakabra River Resort is a boutique-type resort located on the west bank of the Essequibo River about three miles from Bartica and two hours journey from Georgetown, the capital city of Guyana. The Resort features a choice of the beautifully appointed Mango Tree Villa or the cozy Bamboo cottage on the waterfront set against a backdrop of a tropical forest, bamboo groves, mango trees and an abundance of birdlife. A 15-minute flight and 5 minutes by boat or 1 hour by road and 1 hour by boat or 3 hours by road through Guyana's rainforest will get you there.
