Hutchison Ports ICAVE
Looking ahead, the Hutchison Ports ICAVE team is focused on the opening of the new TEC, the first time the county sees significant investments in the development of a new terminal, additional to its 24 years of experience in the Gulf market. Likewise, to make our port services more efficient, we are innovating to generate new and better conditions according to current times, using technological processes developed by the terminal. Since 2017, as part of the reinforcement and equipment of Hutchison Ports ICAVE terminal, 6 new RTGC's cranes of the ZPMC brand were acquired, which allowed a greater efficiency, agility in their operative processes and reduction of vessel maneuvering times. Similarly, the Logistics Activities Zone (ZAL) started operations with a nine thousand TEU (20-foot containers) static capacity, an important achievement, since it increased the infrastructure of the area by 20% in the port of Veracruz.
