The Firm was founded in 1979 by Alan J. Hyatt. Over the years, the general practice firm developed a focus on Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, and later expanded to Business and Banking, Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Insurance Disputes, Professional License Defense, and Environmental Law. After decades on Outer West Street, the firm was pleased to relocate its offices in early 2007 to the 5th floor of the Severn Bank Building on Westgate Circle in Annapolis.
