Hydra-Grene was founded in 1974 and was acquired by Schouw & Co. in 1988. The company is headquartered in Skjern, Denmark and employs about 250 people. Hydra-Grene is the market leader in Denmark in terms of sales of hydraulic components, advisory services and the production of hydraulic systems. The company carries more than 40,000 hydraulic components, from fittings and hoses to valves, pumps and motors. Hydra-Grene expects to generate revenue of about DKK 575 million and EBIT of DKK 65-70 million in 2015.
