We provide services to utilities, municipalities and manufacturers of hydro turbines and generators. HCMS can provide recommendations for upgrades and repairs to turbines and generators, due diligence studies, special testing, assistance in writing specifications, evaluation of bids, system audits, and establishing preventative maintenance programs.
