I-FREEK CO., INC. is a Japan-based company that provides mobile contents to cellular phone users. The Company has two business segments. The Mobile Contents segment offers contents, including digital contents for HyperText Markup Language (HTML) e-mails, character development games, electronic comics and standby screens with characters, through official Websites with charges that are operated by main mobile communications carriers. The Mobile Marketing segment is engaged in the provision of general marketing solution services, including the development, planning, configuration, operation, promotion and marketing of mobile contents, as well as contents rental services. The Company has a wholly owned subsidiary. On July 29, 2008, the Company acquired 80% stake in a Tokyo-based company.
