The IBN Group

IBN was established in 2001 as the Trustee for two Trusts established under the Mining Area C (MAC) Agreement between BHP Billiton Pty Ltd and the IBN Claim Group. We provide programs and services that aim to improve the health, education and prosperity of our Beneficiaries, the Yinhawangka, Banyjimaand Nyiyaparli people. We do this through a range of Community Programs that help with different sorts of expenses, the Field Officers and our Strategic Projects. Our head office is located in South Hedland in the town of Port Hedland, Western Australia, approximately 350 kilometres north-west of the Mining Area C Project. We also have offices in Tom Price and Karratha.
