ADV Communication Limited (ADV) is a joint-venture between Advantage Communciation Inc., a Canadian based Customer Relationship Management company and the ICD Group of companies. Founded in 1996, Advantage Communications Inc. (ACI) is a privately held outsourcing contact center that specializes in technical support, corporate help desk applications and other customized outsourced business solutions. ACI serves 40 companies across North America primarily in the technology industry, but also spanning hospitality, retail, education, and health-care sectors. It is also the first time that ACI has ventured outside of Canada, where it has five centres based across the Atlantic provinces, where persons consider themselves marine islanders and have a similar warm culture for which Jamaicans are also known.
