International Construction Partners NZ Limited is a subsidiary branch of International Construction Partners USA, based in Florida. While our head office is in the United States, the company is owned by Kiwi Mark Quigley, who commutes between the two offices. Mark has extensive experience with all matters involving asbestos, and has become a respected consultant in asbestos for the Christchurch Earthquake Recovery. Government departments are now utilizing our services for asbestos building surveys and risk assessments, which are due to become mandatory for all commercial buildings when the new legislation becomes law in 2015.
