Since 1995, ICR has produced in excess of 13000 due diligence reports on Middle East based companies and individuals. Whilst ICR do not have offices in the Middle East it maintains highly skilled operatives in most countries in the region, each operating on a flexible and mobile basis. All operatives maintain close links with local authorities and officials and are able to obtain information through a variety of other sources not easily accessible outside the region. IP Enforcement operations began in Dubai in 1997 and has since been expanded to cover most of the Middle East. Working closely with ICR offices in Kenya and China, ICR's Middle East IPR Enforcement operatives are able to effectivley monitor trade routes used by counterfeiters. As a result ICR maintains an impressive track record in the seizure of counterfeit goods from storeage facilities, warehouses and ports, including Free Zone areas. ICR Global's IP Enforcement operatives are continuously being trained in the detection and identification of counterfeit products and maintain close relationships with relevant authorities, providing the most current advice and assistance on the seizure of counterfeit products.
