Innovative Construction Solutions (ICS) is a California-licensed general engineering, environmental, and specialty civil contractor with certifications to perform hazardous substances removal and demolition (license #764815 A-HAZ-C21). ICS provides soil and groundwater remedial construction, geotechnical and specialty civil construction, and decommissioning and demolition services throughout California. With offices in Costa Mesa and Dublin, Calif., ICS employs over 160 qualified personnel, owns and operates a large fleet of specialty and heavy equipment, and carries a $60-million bonding capacity.
