ICTAdvisor Limited is an Internet Marketing Company based in Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland. First established in 1997 by Brian Mathers who had previously given 22 years service to Her Majesty's Submarine Service as an Ops Officer with a role in the Command team as an analyst. On returning to civvy street he decided to pursue a career as a Business Consultant initially offering Information Communications Technology - ICT - advice to small businesses.
