Through the ICWI Foundation, the ICWI Group seeks to make a positive difference on the communities in which its employees and customers live and work. Established in 1988 to organise, administer, develop and manage the Group's social responsibility and philanthropy. The Foundation provides an organised approach to ICWI's "giving" which is currently focused on early childhood education, youth development and community programmes which build young leadership.
