Ideal Impact

Ideal Impact is made up of world-renowned professionals who had dedicated themselves to providing revenue streams to corporate entities. Our founder and CEO, Wes McDaniel, built his last organization to 35 cities in the U.S. and five countries in Europe. That organization put millions of dollars back into the pockets of its partners, including 120 of the biggest school districts in Texas. In 2009 Wes decided to take this expertise and start Ideal Impact, with the defining factor being our positive cash flow model. Wes brought many individuals from his previous organization to Ideal Impact and each of them - as well as every other Ideal Impact employee - is dedicated to seeing dollars go toward our partners' mission. Ideal Impact started out partnering exclusively with ministries in the DFW area. After rapid growth in the first few years we expanded to Austin and Houston in 2013 and 2014, respectively. In 2015 we decided to expand our scope to include independent school districts in the greater DFW and Houston areas. Though not ministries, these school districts are playing an enormous role in the future of myriad individuals and our heart is to see more dollars going to accomplish their mission. In sum, Ideal Impact has a foundation of experience that we are able to bring to entities in a positive cash flow model. This unique gathering of expertise combined with our distinct business model makes for a supremely equipped organization that is able to profoundly affect our partner's mission.
