In 2017 Ideasoft developed a Strategic Consultancy for OPP, with the purpose of creating a Road Map for the application of Business Intelligence and Data Management. Some of the tasks included in this project included assessments of needs and requirements; diagnosis of current state; analysis, organization and recommendation posible innovations and technological approaches to be carried out in different time frames. During this project the main work areas addressed were diagnostic analysis in subjects such as Data Management, Data Modeling and MDM; Information Analysis; Big Data and Analytics in OPP, including standardization, publication and distribution of information, both externally and internally; and recommendations for an action plan based on assessed inputs. Each area and task is coordinated with the OPP's and AGESIC's strategy and objectives to assure the viability and success of the project.
