Innovative Fitness
Innovative Fitness offers our group Innovative Strength classes that are a back-to-basics strength and conditioning program. Our program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general and all-inclusive. We combine constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in our workouts to produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape. Our Innovative Strength program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience. We've used our same routines for elderly individuals with health issues and high-level, competitive athletes. We constantly vary the exercises, sets, reps, duration and intensity to provide the maximum stimulus for participants. It's not easy, it will challenge you, but that is what makes it worth doing.
