iGenCo is a personal and professional development company offering experiential training designed to provide practical skills that increase sales, service, teamwork, and the delivery of quality care. iGenCo's initial, primary personal and professional development program is proprietary content called FaceAge. Participants in iGenCo training may realize meaningful behavioral changes, and develop a greater understanding and appreciation of differences among colleagues, customers, and constituents. iGenCo offers university-developed, empirically-informed, and user-tested tools and resources crafted to bridge the various social gaps.
