Founded in 1983, International Imaging Materials Inc. (IIMAK), is a global leader in the development, manufacture and distribution of printing, imaging, and marking consumable supplies. IIMAK's products include thermal transfer ribbons, inkjet inks, direct thermal films and related products designed for industries such as Automatic Identification and Data Capture (barcode), Signage and Graphics, and Packaging. IIMAK also has a separate division, IIMED Medical Manufacturing Solutions that is focused on medical device manufacturing. IIMAK's primary manufacturing and distribution facilities are located in Amherst, New York, with additional manufacturing plants in Belgium, Brazil and Mexico.
