Glenbrook Liquor Merchants is the customer division of The Independent Liquor Group Co-operative Limited, which has been operating for 30 years in 2005. ILG is 100% Australian owned, by independent members operating retail outlets, pubs, clubs and larger on-premise outlets. ILG is the largest Wholesale Liquor Co-operative in the southern hemisphere. GLM was established in 2002, when the on-premise sector of the market was seeking a specialized service of a broad range liquor wholesaler. Glenbrook is the On-premise Specialist, servicing the needs of licensed customers, predominately in the "HORECA" channel.
