Il Vecchio Forno is one of the leading Italian producers of panettone, pandoro and other seasonal leavened cakes. We are located in the Agno river valley near the Vicenza hills in the NorthEastern Italian region of Veneto. We are a modern and well structured company following a unique philosophy which has always been the main mission of our founder: production of quality products and reliable sale and after-sale service to our customers. In the past 30 years our Company has grown in size and turnover and has been supplying quality products to National and Foreign clients all over the World. Our range includes traditional Italian seasonal leavened cakes such as: panettone, pandoro and colomba also filled with various creams. The production method we adopted at Il Vecchio Forno reflects the respect for the traditional method of producing seasonal leavened cakes thus ensuring the utmost softness and flavour for our products due to our long-lasting leavening times. Additionally, baking and cooling of our products are carried on using the most modern machines to ensure consistently quality cakes. A reliable R&D department develops new recipes and products touching and controlling every phase of product development from recipe to packaging design and logistics in order to assist our clients in the best and most professional manner. Finally, our newly installed production line for the production of rusks / toasts is now fully operational and will be soon integrated by another smaller line dedicated to specialty rusks and toasted products.
