Our Independent status means we can offer Mortgages, Loans and Insurance from any financial provider, we are not tied to one companies products, and being regulated by the FSA you have security in the knowledge that we are professionally monitored to ensure we obey the rules. At Independent Mortgages & Loans most of our business comes from referrals from our existing clients so if they are not happy we don't get new business.
