IMS was founded and incorporated in the State of Mississippi in 1996 by John D. Calhoun, Ph.D., and Mr. Rod L. Hill, PE, who serve as the firm's Chief Executive Officer and President/Chief Operating Officer, respectively. Prior to founding IMS, Dr. Calhoun was a Strategic Management professor at Jackson State University and Mr. Hill served as the project manager with the City of Jackson's Public Works Department. The mission of IMS is to provide clients the best in expertise and service, with a total commitment to quality, responsiveness, and integrity.
