iMSGer ®, Inc. is a start-up service company located in Palo Alto, California. The company is uniquely positioned to roll out its proprietary first service products for delivering electronic ads (e-ads) in a physical medium and provide post-delivery tracking for activities accessing the received e-ads. The consumer will receive a single CD/DVD that incorporates a wide array of coupons and advertising content that can be easily searched in a single place. The advertiser will receive information about the status of both the delivery and the post-delivery activities. Compared to the current direct mail service of delivering printed ads , our planned service has the distinct advantages of lower delivery cost per ad, single point of search, easy to archive, store and retrieve for future use, and the ability to monitor and report post-delivery activities to advertisers.
