IMS Limited is based in Shepshed, Leicestershire. We import and distribute premium products targeting the commercial vehicle, military and industrial markets in the UK & Ireland. We also distribute selected brands throughout mainland Europe with our partner SAF Benelux. For well over 30 years we've been supplying quality products that provide our customers with meaningful cost savings, class-leading operational efficiency, low maintenance and outstanding service life. We're constantly seeking out and reviewing products that we believe will be of the greatest benefit to a diverse market facing the combined challenges of increased pressure on margins and tightening legislation. We aim to support our customers with the highest levels of pre and aftersales support in the industry. Having an onsite team of trained staff means we're able to provide expert technical advice across the full range of products, ensuring that our customers can confidently specify and fit components that perfectly match their intended purpose. IMS has dedicated logistics professionals in-house to guarantee fast and efficient order placement and processing, with product delivery entrusted to tried and tested distribution partners. IMS Limited's Customer Service team is not only responsible for managing a programme of market-leading warranties and guarantees, it also delivers in-depth product installation and maintenance training to customers and service partners alike.
