Incident Management Solutions was founded in 2006 to provide engineering services, bespoke repair management, total loss solutions and associated services on behalf of insurer partners and other industry work providers. The three founding Directors have operational management roles and come from varying backgrounds in the motor, insurance, fleet, ULR and accident management industries, have accumulated over 85 years experience, resulting in a diverse range of skills and knowledge. Recognising a gap in the market to provide efficient and bespoke modular solutions for each stage of the process and approching each client as unique, we have invested in people and technology to provide the highest quality service to our clients. As a result of our recognised expertise in incident management, the company has grown quickly, but sustainably, and works on behalf of a number of insurers and industry work providers. Our specialist services are modular so clients can choose the solutions that fit with the way they work from managing the repair only, to delivering a complete package. In addition, each stage or solution we provide can be 'white labelled'.
