In-recruiting

In-recruiting is a product by Intervieweb S.r.l. and its first version was issued in 2009. It was designed by a group of HR Consultants and IT experts joined by a common goal: to simplify the recruiter daily job and to offer him the best recruiting solution in the market. The idea of developing and marketing In-recruiting arose from the observation that taking care of recruiting often means losing a lot of time in repetitive activities, with low added value, with no technology support and adequate tools. As a consequence, recruiters have to sacrifice the most relevant part of their job, which is selecting the right candidate, able to make the difference for their company, in the shortest period of time. Since the beginning, our goal was clear: to create platform which was intuitive and easy to learn, fast and flexible, adaptable to the work flow: after months of analysis, development and testing, the first In-recruiting version was issued in 2009. Year after year In-recruiting is constantly developing, positioning in the Italian and international market as a successful solution, always improving.In-recruiting counts hundreds of customers, of every size and industry, located in Europe and America. What is mainly important to us is not only the products, but also problems and needs of recruiters using In-recruiting every day. That is why we created a community of HR professionals and partners who share their needs and provide constant feedbacks to improve together. Thanks to their advice, our development team works daily for the improvement of In-recruiting, on its user experience as well as on new features enabling our customers to optimize their job. On average, 3-4 software upgrades are issued every year.
