INAEC proudly traces its roots back to 1932 when it started as Iloilo-Negros Air Express Company, the first airline in the Philippines. It was reborn in 1993 initially to serve the aviation needs of the Lopez Group of Companies, a Filipino conglomerate with businesses in clean energy generation and distribution, media and broadcasting, and real estate development. INAEC is the sole domestic air transport provider for oil and gas producers (OGP) in the Philippines. With its strict adherence to international safety standards and characteristic Filipino service of warmth and professionalism, INAEC has evolved into a multi-mission aviation company, now offering an even wider range of aviation services, from domestic and international air charters, to medical evacuation, aircraft management, aircraft maintenance, and fixed base operations. In 2019, INAEC obtained its International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage 1 Certification. his marked the first time a holder of a Philippine Air Operator Certificate (AOC) has been accorded such distinction.
