InfoMate is a Business Process Management (BPM) company, specializing in the handling outsourced accounting, payroll and data entry services. InfoMate is a 100% subsidiary of Sri Lanka’s largest listed conglomerate, John Keells Holdings PLC (JKH). We commenced operations as a captive Shared services center for the John Keells Group, incidentally the first shared services center in Sri Lanka, and we have now spread our wings handling a range of 3rd party clients across the globe. Today we have a portfolio of over 85 clients located across Asia, Europe and Australasia with sales presence in the US, UK and Australia. We have experience in diverse industries including shipping, transportation, hotels, software, retail, manufacturing, financial services and property. We were the first FAO (Finance and Accounting outsourcing provider) in Sri Lanka to be certified for ISO 27001 on information security and confidentiality practices. We pioneered the country’s first rural BPOs providing employment to talented youth, and our proprietary document management application BPOmate is a world class document management and workflow application. We are a process driven organization. The ACE transition methodology is used for migrating new processes. Each client is assigned a team leader who functions as a single point of contact team. Service Levels are closely monitored and reviewed periodically with clients. Quality is a cherished value in InfoMate and we have adopted the Philip Crosby principle of zero defects. The Six Sigma methodology is used for continuous improvement. InfoMate occupies a start-of-the-art facility in the heart of Colombo equipped with industry standard fire safety and security measures. Redundancy is built into all facets with back up servers, connectivity and power. We have a Disaster recovery site and a Business Continuity plan which is updated quarterly and tested regularly.
