Information Leadership

Information Leadership was formed by Sarah Heal and Grant Margison in 2004. Sarah and Grant remain active in leading the business as well as conference presentations and workshops. Their book on information management, "Flapping to Flying: Getting value not Grief from Information Technology" articulates our user centered philosophy for information and knowledge management.
