Pre-Pay: 1, 2 or 3 year ("Gold Card") We want you to commit to a healthy lifestyle, and our fees reflect this. The longer you commit - the better the price (broken down monthly). Our most popular program is the 1 year Contract that gets you started with a $50 start-up fee and minimal monthly fees. Our Pre-Pay options are for 1, 2 or 3 year, with 3 year being our "GOLD CARD" membership. Our "GOLD CARD" breaks down to our best price per month and locks your discount in for life (as long as you stay a member and continue paying in 3 year increments).
