During 2012 Crida Trust (with Trustees Christo Franken, Glenda Franken, Darius C Franken, Irmari Franken and Denys Stroebel) bought the shares of OD van Tonder en JL van Vuuren and decided to re-brand the company. InnoFin Financial Solutions was subsequantly born with the approval of the trustees, Cipro and the FSB. Although Premier Insurance mainly focussed on Shortterm insurance, Innofin Financial Solutions successfully applied for the extencion of our lisence catogories with the FSB to provide clients with a wider range of financial services. We also finalised contracts with all the leading Life Insurers and Fund Managers to provide a much wider range of solutions to our clients. We have the ability to innovate and re-invent solutions for each and every individual, enabling them to built and protect their own future. We consult with both private and corporate clients on a national basis offering a comprehensive and complete range of financial services.
