Innovative Signs

Innovative Signs was founded in August 2001 by Chad and Stephanie Schultz. Chad previously held successful sales positions in the manufacturing and insurance fields. Starting the business was a challenge, but it allowed for more quality time together. Family is important to us, and we bring that feeling to Innovative Signs. Chad believes in being more of a mentor to his staff than a boss, and he coaches new workers so they can excel. Employees take pride in their work as they take ownership of a project. Whether large or small, our professionalism shines through. "Products are our calling card, Chad says. We have to do it right the first time". Customers appreciate the quality and attention to detail found in every project. Most importantly, they enjoy the personalized service they receive. Many customers have been with Innovative Signs since its inception. This loyalty has helped spur a significant growth in business and staff over the years. In July 2007 Innovative Signs moved to a large, 6,000 square foot facility to better serve our customers. In 2014 we grew again, purchasing the assets of Wauwatosa-Based Alpha Neonx, a manufacturer of electrical signs. Among the assets Innovative Signs acquired was new sign making equipment and an expanded truck fleet. Our team increased as well, with the addition of three former Alpha-Neonx staff.
