InReach
InReach (formerly known as the Boulder Institute for Psychotherapy and Research or BIPR) builds bridges between the latest advances in the knowledge of human development and effective services that promote healthy lives and communities. InReach was founded in 1999 by a group of 25 experienced, respected mental health professionals to promote the healthy psychological development of children, adults and the community by providing affordable mental health services, community education, professional training, consultation and research to the Boulder County community. Basing its approach on the most current brain research as well as empirically-based techniques, InReach's primary focus is to address the enduring consequences of trauma, neglect and biologically-based conditions on individuals and the larger community. The organization received its 501(c)(3) status in 2000. Since its inception, InReach has provided low or reduced fee mental health services (including assessment, testing, and consultation) to a diverse population of adults, children, adolescents and families.
