InTech Develops $30+ million RFP for Fortune 500 Company InTech recently completed development of a complex RFP to outsource network managed services for a global diversified financial services company. The project involved defining and consolidating the requirements for four lines of business, identifying best practices for managed services, and defining service level agreements for six service management areas: Network, Contact Centers, Network Security, Telephony, Professional Services, and Cabling. InTech is continuing to work with the client on the supplier selection process. InTech is often called upon to provide such expert guidance to clients, who are seeking an independent systems assessment or assistance developing complex systems requirements.
